We're ALL short vertically challenged in one way or another, Linford! i.e. by comparing ourselves to taller and shorter people.
The issue is all about being content with who and what you are.
No offence is intended to taller or shorter forumers, it's just (good or bad) humour, said tongue in cheek.

Hi. 5' 7" and proud of it . Mind you my inside leg is only 29" so trying to find trousers that fit can be a pain in the a**e. as anything in my waist size is usualy to long in the leg.

I am about 5ft 5" tall, so a man of 5' 7" is excellent in my eyes. It means you can look directly into his eyes without standing on tippytoes.

I think I prefer someone not more than 5' 10" tall.

Five eleven and threequarters. And with three younger brothers who are six foot three, six foor five and six foot eight (and a niece who is six foot three). In my family I am the short fat (32 inch waist) one.

I don't know if I am supposed to be short or tall. I am less then 6' but I am tall for my race.

The other strange thing is that I was 5'8" from when I was 18 until I was 30 and then when I moved to Manchester from London I began to grow again.

I am now 5'10", confirmed by my GP and X Rayed at the hospital to try and work out why.
