I've just taken the dive in some new Hunt hoops. In a couple of years it'll be a TCR, Merida Reacto or a Scott Foil. But I might have to get married first, so she would think a little longer before leaving me

n+1 is for me also a house, but one of the requirements is that it must have space for a workshop, so then it's bike building time! :hyper:

First up, I've got a couple of Boardman frames which I'm going to turn into His & Hers Hybrids for family outings, with the addition of a trailer or somesuch for the little'n.

Then, for some reason I quite fancy building up one of these or similar:

Not sure why, I just think it'd be quite cool.

I'm not in the market for an n+1 at the moment (unless you count houses ^_^) but wondered what the lovely folk of CC are looking to add to their collections in the coming months?

Have you got your eye on a classic to do up in your shed on a weekend? Maybe a carbon road bike for the (if it ever gets here) summer? First trike? A foray into recumbents? An MTB for taking to the local hills and courses? or something completely different?

What's your n+1 going to be?

Cheers,
Shaun

I can't decide black or silver, I prefer the silver but the black is available...

Unexpectedly, a Condor Fratello disc came my way which I'm completely smitten with, so now I'm strictly one in, one out. The only thing I'm hankering for is a CX bike with discs and the current cantilever brake'd model can be released back into the wild.

I've got a liking for a full carbon road bike, although part of me wonders if the outlay will be worth it in terms of improvement over what I've got now when combined with my limited talent...still be very nice to have though.;)

Which leads me on to a proper MTB - which I could definitely get a lot of use out of, but would render the hybrid near redundant...

I'm seriously considering an On-One Pickenflick for light off road and rough road riding, but on the Planet X clearance list last week they had a disc braked Ti Sportive which they advertised as a prototype for a forthcoming model so my plans are on hold until the full specs and prices of the Sportive are released.

I daren't consider another N+1 for a while the garage contains 5 of my bikes, 3 of hers, 1 of my sons, 1 of my dtrs and one of my mates .
I would love a tandem but both me and her are cheats and liars, (ie the one at the back wouldn't be peddling)
