I was in Specsavers this morning. I said to the gentleman behind the counter, "My eyes have been troubling me, I think I may need some new glasses."

Came the reply, "You certainly do sir, this is a butchers."

Talking of which, my dad was a manager at Littlewoods (head office) years ago and one day one of the area managers who was known as being obnoxious was in getting a dressing down.
Seemingly he'd gone into a shop, seen something minor amiss and given the poor girl behind the till a public verbal pasting, made worse by her total disinterest and attempts to answer him back. Once he'd finally calmed down enough to listen, she told him where he was.
