Of more interest is why you're stood outside B&M?

MrsPete went there while I took the dogs for walkies in Becketts Park 👍

Saw a taxi driver pull this one from a bus the other day...Google earth got someone too. Just what are they avoiding, given there's parking spaces nearby for a suprmarket?. I've seen people drive up onto pavements/cyclepaths to avoid the dreaded yellow lines thinking somehow, its legal?. OK, this isn't a pavement but illustrates my point of just...why?.

Taken yesterday in Clitheroe Lancs. The yellow lines had only been repainted in earlier in the day, according to someone who told me. Those not even disabled parking allowed yellow bits on the pavement weren't there before, but the council added them after requests from road users who've had trouble getting sometimes wide vehicles through when other vehicles are double parked. Soon after I was told the lines had been newly painted a car parked on them and partly on the pavement, so the owner could go into a take-away! Damn, I should've taken a photo, but I was that amazed at this @"#ts act of evil I didn't think about it in my moment of total anger!!

Found in the Yorkshire hills ...
A car parked across zig-zag lines and blocking the pavement on Tuesday lunch-time will be getting a course/penalty/court letter from West Yorkshire police after I reported it - it had a 'P' sticker on as well so the driver may have issues if they've recently passed.
