Managed 33 miles this morning from Sunny Grange dodging hills I rode to Crostwaite and back through Underbarrow and Levens. Extra fuel taken on board included a Magnum, double espresso, a litre and half of water, a slice of chocolate cake and a finishing cornet. Still blooming hot though.
