Yeah, I have it in mine. It only gets used a few days a year because it's a bit anti-social, burning even more fuel and pumping out heat onto an already-hot road, isn't it? Not all cars have it, though.
Not to worried about pound, shillings & pence we currently have a generation that can't multiply numbers to base 10 they'd be screwed at base 12. But I see no reason not to go back to gallons
