Managed to get a in a ride each day (of at least one mile) and ended up with 4424 miles. I have to say I've become less concerned about total distance, this year, and more about ensuring I'm enjoying myself.
Did a tour of the border of Suffolk this year (over summer) on my Brompton. I thought the 400 miles on it were some of the best riding I did this year.

My stats for 2024. Just short of the annual 7000 mile target. All on road. HNY everyone.

3325 miles at an average of 16.48 mph and average distance of 19.31 miles. That is just 35 miles more than than 2023, so not much difference. I was slower average ride, 16.74 mph average 2023. I am happy with that.
One thing I will say is that I have never felt as fast on the bike as two years ago, before I had a Covid jab. That was Autumn 2022. I had being going great guns but about a month after than injection I was not the same. I dare say that the doctors would say that it is not possible for that to happen. My charts say otherwise.

My target for 2024 was 6,000 kms for being 60, just scraped through in the last few days. I had three weeks with no cycling due to holidays and in December I lost a number of days to Manflu.

the number of activities included Yoga, HIIT and downhill skiing.
