The kid was 12 years old 9 months ago. Looking at him now he is 4ft tall and his voice hasn't broken.
I'd be very surprised if he was the father as I don't think he is physically mature enough to reproduce now, let alone when this child was conceived.
I reckon it's a money making scam.

Not only is this 13 year old getting more than me he gets a bloomin house too.
Why the heck didn't I have enough sense to get some slapper up the duff when I was 16. 6 children and I could of lived comfortably on benefits instead of going out to work all day.
