TDZ long this morning, NY KOM after party.
all riders and bikes dissappeard twice, but I was still in the same position when they reappeared, I have had riders dissappear before, but riderless bikes continue, first time everybody has gone.
I was in a group of six but they dropped me on one of the many kickers on this course, I tried to get back but wasn't making any progress so I decided to rest and wait for the big group behind, this group caught and passed the guys who had just dropped me, so a good decision, the first slight rise before the KOM had me struggling, so the last climb was hard work.
61st 44th on Zwift Power just under the hour, happy with that.

I did the mid distance TdZ Libby after party .

Went with first big group lap one, dropped off and merged into big group 2 where I stayed till Libby. Good workout held same power for 50 mins as I did last race for 30 mins. Some 450 racers, my group was from 50-120. I was dropped by most up Libby, ZP put me around 75th

Next time I might try a short event and see if I can hold a bit more power

I was yesterday in hospital for a catheter ablation, interesting experience. Sinus rhythm is now set to normal, noticed today that HRV is start heading towards back to normal as well. So need to recover and take it easy now for awhile.

Looks good. My blood pressure was bit of high during that operation (that's normal for me, I get always nervous) so doctor ask me to do my home measures and after 2 month I go to measure my EKG to see how it looks, that's for control.

I did the Libby Hill After Party TdZ ride today and was surprised to get the badge for it at the end.

I'm certain we did Libby Hill After Party in CCC back in 2022 as part of ZRL. Was there no badge for it at that time?

Yes I got the badge too. I don't remember having to do five full laps before heading to Libby.
