One of the things I like most about my Neo Smart bike is the lack of movement and feeling of solid stablility. Personal taste perhaps

I admit that violent sprints might produce some slightly alarming bike movements but I can't see me ever sprinting that hard. More subtle movements on the smart turbo will hopefully make for more comfortable riding than the solid stability of the dumb turbo which used to, er, rub me up the wrong way!

I'm with you on that one. I've got used to the difference between indoor and outdoor sprinting and I prefer no movement for indoor now.
One of the legs on my Kickr wants to creep inwards. I have to kick it back to full open every few rides now. I should brace it so it doesn't fold up on me.

I know what you mean Paul. I get that feeling from the Stages bike, which is fine for seated riding, but feels really odd when trying to sprint stood out of the saddle. I like the rocking motion.

I did a TdZ ride/race yesterday morning then immediately changed into my running kit for 10km around the lanes. Last week, I’d been out for a run in the ice and snow and had taken my gloves off partway round, so I didn’t think it would be too big a deal to leave my gloves at home this time... 🥶
