I'm staying in the Luxor, on the strip. We have loads booked in - bike ride, darts tournament, ice hockey game (I hope we're watching as I can't skate!), hired a car to go out to the grand canyon, and possibly a zip wire down Freemont St

I was sat in a wheelchair with my broken Calcaneus, watching people zip wire down the Freemont, whilst almost completely naked bar ladies were dancing on the bar top and tables. There was even an 80yr old bloke in a nappy!!

Guess my ride later today will be on TPV then 🤣

Depending on how I find TPV, what their pricing model looks like, and how much riding I do, I may try Zwift again. But after 7 years of Zwift and their ridiculous decision to fleece customers with a near 50% price increase whilst at the same time ruining racing with ZRS, I don’t think it’s currently for me.

I’ll hang around for the chats, and I think I get 20km free per month? so I may do the odd Tinie race too.

Annoying issue with the neobike today, I would be automatically steered to the left then the head unit would do this for a while. Still had power connection. Must check the connections I guess. I'm pretty sure I have another handlebar unit in the attic as well from last time I sent it back

Z1 trundle this morning. Spotted Alex racing, tried to encourage an attack over the last bump, unfortunately everyone else had the same idea

Tacx refused to pair when I tried logging on for the TdZ second stage today. Of course, it worked once I’d logged out and back in to Zwift… I don’t like late-joining (like coffee breaks, it offends my OCD a bit), so I just did a workout instead.

Z1 trundle this morning. Spotted Alex racing, tried to encourage an attack over the last bump, unfortunately everyone else had the same idea

First race in a week. I joined in with the HERD Omnium which is 3 races today and 3 tomorrow. Bit bigger than the Tinies, but also more spread out.

Race 1: Scratch Race 1 lap of Jarvis. 7th of 10. Not too bad.
Race 2: no draft hill climb timed segment up the Grade. Came bloody last. 13th of 13 on ZP.
Race 3: flat iTT Twilight Harbour 10 miles. Came bloody last. 13th of 13 on ZP.

I'm going to enjoy race 4 tomorrow which is 5 laps of Glasgow Crit points race. So 5 Clyde Kicker FTS and 5 Champions Sprint FTS.
Then race 5 is an iTT 1 lap of Mech Isle Loop
Race 6 is 30km Itza Climb Finish

I'm going balls out for race 4 and survive the others.
