@straas no, but I should say I've never actually used the PIP feature. From what I've read the small corner app must be a media app like apple tv or netflix or whatever.

User error no doubt but I have only ever got Netflix to run pip in small corner once. I have given up since. Too much can go wrong with that frigging controller.

There's two types of people:

Those that hate the apple controller

Those that have never used the apple controller

I don’t know why people don’t think PC’s are intuitive.

Anyone can easily build a PC that’s more capable than an Apple TV for not much more money. It only takes several evenings worth of research and agony deciding whether the latest GTX9300MegaFast graphics card is better than the GTX9300UltraFast and then trying to find the parts in stock anywhere.

I will leave all that to the teenagers (and @bobinski).

😁

Easy enough to put a pc together nowadays with minimal research. BUT i let a specialist used to making zwift PC’s cheaply get on with that for me. £180 well spent.

Nice fast ride on your new bike. How about some pictures?
Thanks Randy. I try to add some photos when i do longer rides, for now i have concentrate only to adjust good riding position, now it start to feel pretty good, maybe little micro adjustment and that's it.

What bike did you ride previously, and how do you think this rides better/differently to your other bike?

Being both aero and light, it must be an absolute dream to ride :okay:

Good question Carl. My previous bike is Cervelo S3, it stands on a trainer now. After today's ride it feels that Tarmac accelerate faster and it's easier maintain speed. In Cervelo i have 36/50 chainrings and 11-28 cassette and Tarmac i have 36/52 chainrings and 11-28 cassette. That 36/52 feels perfect in Finland, maybe 39/52 wouldn't be bad either in here. Tarmac have little bit lower riding position which reduce the drag. Tarmac have also Roval CL50mm wheels and Cervelo have Mavic 30mm wheels and have to say those 50mm wheels doesn't mind much about crosswind, seems like a well designed wheelset. Geometry of Tarmac is also little bit different than Cervelo, not for sure how much that effect performance and how it feels.

The gearing is what would put me off a top end bike - where I live, a lowest gear of 36/28 would not be low enough to get over the lumps, especially when they hit 20%+ gradients. But then I guess it would be sacrilege to to put Ultegra gears on a bike like the S-Works Tarmac

Glad you're enjoying it though - it really is a beautiful bike :okay:

Thanks i started to like it a lot. I remember those days when i had 39/52 chainrings, they felt pretty good in here. Today road bikes have 34/50 or 36/52 chainrings if you buy factory build bikes or maybe even smaller chainring if you have Sram drivetrain.

edit. here is hard to find 10% gradients or steeper, actually don't know any.

I had a little spat with a non-ZwiftPower rider who rode at 4.4w/kg and unsurprisingly dominated my race this morning...

Is there an emoji for ‘w4nker’?
