Was a really interesting twist, that gravel finish. Ganna did an amazing pull too to set Bernal up - monster!

Presumably you don't have to finish in a TTT, as long as four of your teammates make it over the line? I was wondering whether you'd actually need to soft-pedal to the finish each time...

did the SST training plan on zwift, it was 290w for 5 mins then 260w for 5 mins (x3), then a bit of a break and the same again - had to drop the difficulty by 10% for the second lot and was finding pushing 260w a bit of a challenge

Hehe, well I have been known to do a double TTT but I'm really not in the shape to do it this week I'm afraid. I've had four weeks off the bike due to "the procedure" and then illness

We’re at 7:33 with a 6 minute delay.
Yup, I’m Tim Melville, on ZP and in real life. I’ve been upgraded to the arse end of A but I’m still eligible to ride out the end of the ZRL season.

I did offer to do this actually but as Michael pointed out you already have a full 12 man squad registered so only someone on that can ride for the team - and I'm not one of them! In fact out of Team #23 only Nick is, and he's not up to it as he's said. It's a shame you can only get 5 people out of the 12 registered to ride
