Berty, the only difference it makes for me is fit/comfort. Geometry different and no matter what i do with fit i always ache more, especially in the calfs, on the Kinesis than i ever do on the Giant. If no different for you then stick the winter bike on-though it will look a little strange given how new and space age the NEO will look^_^

I would join you but a lovely Thai meal and beers this afternoon are not the best preparation. I will join the zsun social later instead to get some miles in.

Joined the zsun social which although notionally a C group ride tends to be fast. I went off with front group and we averaged 45kph plus before being repeatedly asked to slow and so I did letting them go. Nice ride, once up fox then box hill and rode both out of the saddle rather than spinning to see if it would have an effect on perceived effort and HR. Max of 177 says much the same really.
Really enjoyed riding with the fast group because it seemed everyone was taking a turn to keep speed near 50kph.
Looking forward to Tuesday Kiss race!

I think Lee has had a taster by using his Hub PM. You'll like the Neo Lee, quiet, smooth, very realistic.

What happened in the ZHR tonight? Flat course high pace I expect!

Afternoon Tea Race was pretty quick - but my power was just below the latest KISS races I've done. However, the surge up the small Whitehall ramp was pretty strong each lap. Nice to get a ride-on from Bobinski

I managed to stay with the lead group the whole race but couldn't stay with the top racers on the last ramp. Finished 8th, 6 seconds off the winner. Several riders over 3.2 w/kg but allowed by ZHR.

i started late because i got something wrong - again
i only intended doing 10 mile just to see if it saved this time as i didnt want to beat myself up just for it to disappear again
i even had garmin on just so something recorded what i did - but as it happens they both downloaded so i had to delete the garmin one
i did notice my w/kg was higher than allowed again even though i was only just keeping up - dont know how that is gonna work
