There is a rule about asking womens age, i guess we can use same manners asking about mens sizeYour kidding aren’t you
Not checked yet .... what course is it? Gonna have to get my climbing legs on (well, need to find some climbing legs first as it appears this is not my strength )Just shy of 30 miles with 45-60 mins of climbing
Great work on the spreadsheet Pete - thanks for doing this.Yep. Spreadsheet updated to include Dean's and Darren's rides from yesterday....
Stage 7 looks like another one for the lightweights . I assume we'll be doing the longer 'A' distance?

Cheers .....Great work on the spreadsheet Pete - thanks for doing this.
I think we should stick to doing the A distance for all stages wherever possible.
As for stage 7 being one for the lightweights, aren't they all?! Every stage has a fair bit of climbing - and the next two stages are almost as much climbing overall as the Alpe, albeit over a longer distance. In a way I think I prefer the huge Alpe De Zwift climb where you can get into some kind of rhythm to the repeating of shorter, sharp hills
@Whorty stage 7 is Innsbuck:
Lap Distance: 23.6 km / 14.7 mi
Elevation gain per lap: 494 m / 1622 ft
Laps: 2
Lead-in distance: 0 km / 0 mi
Total distance with lead-in: 47.2 km / 29.4 mi
So 3244 feet of climbing - ADZ was 3752 feet of climbing by comparison. And the bad news is Stage 8 is THREE TIMES up Box Hill, and even more climbing than stage 7!!
I check my work calender yesterday to take a look can i ride all stages and noticed yes i can. Stage 3 is only stage i need to ride in make-up day. I would say 5-6 riders are very close each other at a Petes list. Positions might be change but gap still remains very smallRest day for me today. Need to be strong for final 3 stages as Michael and Chris are pulling away after their strong Alpe rides. I definitely need to do the Alpe again and see if I can gain another few minutes there; if not then I have no chance of catching them And Juha is only 5 mins behind me because he's been given the slowest time on stage 3; if he does that on the catch up then things could change a lot!
