What did you turn to 90%? How much true resistance it gives?
I think I need to check mine, I just assumed it would always be at 100% but gplama doesn’t set his at 100% apparently.
In the companion app whilst doing a workout there is a page showing the workout stages, powers and duration. On that page there are 3 buttons, you can turn erg mode off, pause the workout and raise or lower the power required for the whole workout down by up to 10% (1% Steps), I have yet to raise it above 100%.

There is a default difficulty setting in the main zwift app of 50%. This is for all other riding in the app, 10% hills at this setting act like 5% hills, but the speed is calculated with regard to power/slope/weight. This is done to allow people to spin up hills. It is a bit of a shock when riding irw and you cadence crashes going up hills due to the gearing you have. That is adjusted in the zwift app, go to menu/setting/difficulty.

Have you ever turned off the erg mode? Mine doesn't seem to turn off. Also sometimes the cadence on the screen says pedal faster and on the app says pedal slower. Do you ever see that?

No not tried that yet. Will do it tomorrow in the optional workout I've got to do.

Also sometimes the cadence on the screen says pedal faster and on the app says pedal slower. Do you ever see that?
Not seen that yet as all of the workouts I've done have power as their primary goal. I know there are some workouts where cadence is the primary target.

Flip that was short and sweet! got to go home early today for the Christmas party so thought i'd earn myself some extra leeway at the bar:bicycle::cheers:

Entered the LaGuardia 6.7km race at 1605. By far the shortest race I've done but some effort. Max HR finally in the 180s to come 14/38 c's. Forgot to use last powerup but pleased to average over 300 watts for a race (even if it was the shortest race possible!).

Going to have to put in some proper endurance rides over the weekend, think there is another gran fondo if anyone is up for it. Want to ramp up for FTP test one year on from last years on a wattbike at Christmas. 201 FTP to beat from 28.12.17...current Zwift FTP up to 274 so anything near that would be nice, but i'm going to do it on the same wattbike at the gym just in case there is a missmatch.

Be interesting to see how the new functionality of the app plays out!

:shy: I completed the Tines workout last night at 103%. ... and then did another 15Km at zone 4 or 5 ... I felt really fresh and strong for once :wahhey:
Same here. Did Time at 105%. It's strange how some workouts are easy, whilst others a real struggle.

I think I talked myself into a bad session when I saw my workout. Started a little down expecting to be in pain and I was :cry:
