In the companion app whilst doing a workout there is a page showing the workout stages, powers and duration. On that page there are 3 buttons, you can turn erg mode off, pause the workout and raise or lower the power required for the whole workout down by up to 10% (1% Steps), I have yet to raise it above 100%.What did you turn to 90%? How much true resistance it gives?
I think I need to check mine, I just assumed it would always be at 100% but gplama doesn’t set his at 100% apparently.
There is a default difficulty setting in the main zwift app of 50%. This is for all other riding in the app, 10% hills at this setting act like 5% hills, but the speed is calculated with regard to power/slope/weight. This is done to allow people to spin up hills. It is a bit of a shock when riding irw and you cadence crashes going up hills due to the gearing you have. That is adjusted in the zwift app, go to menu/setting/difficulty.
