To be fair, I had no dead stops or snail speed acceleration

When i first started using Bkool, there weren't any deadstops etc. Bkool released a new algorithm to correct excessive speed on the Bkool pro units. Thats when their corkscrew descent into more problems began. From then on every little update broke some aspect of their platform, delayed ride data, losing rides, not uploaded to leagues, cycling mid air-no bike onscreen. The list goes on.
It seems to me, they have gone back to the original algorithm of several years ago, because it works better than anything else they have come up with

The problems with Bkool that your experiencing were there before the new Bsim came out power would match up to my garmin with what was on the screen etc etc.

If I was to race Randy me on a Neo and Randy on a pro, he would win minutes ahead of me but if we both had pros I would win comfortably @Randyberlin no offense mate.

Got an answer from the Zwift support team after I mailed them about my NYC Stage 1 ride on Saturday. I ended up riding 25 miles and riding largely by myself with 4 crossings of the KoM and ending up way down the finishing places! Seems like this did affect some other riders too.

Doesn't really solve anything, but nice to see they do investigate problems and get back to their users.

"Hi Derek,

Thanks for reaching out to Zwift! I'd be happy to help you.

I'm sorry to hear you had some issues with the Stage 1 makeup. This is an issue that we're aware of effecting some members, and are actively looking into the cause. Sadly, I don't have access to the data necessary to tell you what your time would have been for the correct distance; but if you upload your .fit file to a third party site, like Strava, you may be able to follow the distance over time and pinpoint where you would have finished.

As for your kit, looking at your account I'm seeing that you had completed all five stages, and should be getting the kit when we roll it out. If you're not seeing it when we do, please let me know, and I'd be happy to get you the kit manually added.

Ride On!"

None taken. I think with the new SIM the difference is much less. It seems that they have made the playing field more equal by taking away the pro advantages. But it may just be my perception. This morning as I thought about getting up to ride before work i talked myself into doing a real world ride after work today. It wasn't until I was in the shower i remembered Daylight savings started last weekend so it will be dark.
Turbo it is.

I just looked at the events on Zwift power and our names are there but with out the ZHR (x) after our names ,I had altered mine on Zwift profile but was still not showing so edited my Zwift power profile and now it shows , if this doesn’t shows its disqualification so hope this is relevant

Its only Zwift name you have to change, usually. its so you can see who is next to you on screen
