I've put a post on the ZP forum explaining and asking if they can disregard my Pre-Neo results so that I can now race in Cat B - otherwise it looks like I'll have to race in Cat A for three months until my average stats comply with the rules. Wouldn't really matter that much in mass start races but would be a pain in staggered starts or handicap races
Hopefully I've sorted this going forward. See your post on the ZP forum.

Nice 1 Bert you did well to size that so nicely
I have a proper to scale dwg if you want.

Oh OK - ZP had my skill level showing as "B/A" so knowing I'd be within the B cat limits for the race I thought it would be ok to enter as B cat - clearly I was wrong!
When I was on the Pro I was hitting B level w/kg so ZP had me in B. The first few races I had the Kickr I still put myself in B but as my watts were lower ZP downgraded me itself. Maybe still put yourself in A and within a few races ZP will downgrade you anyway (could try contacting them too and explain you've changed trainers).

Either way, you're still a monster rider .... I didn't even see you on the ride yesterday you was so far ahead - did you lap me? Quite a few people did :surrender::B)

I didn't see you at all Carl - apart from when I briefly joined you pre-race! It was a long old slog that one wasn't it? :heat:

Not to big up my own effort, but I didn't find it too bad. I think going off steady and staying out of the red helped. I just got in with a good group. Worked on the climb to stay with them, then rested on the downside. I made sure I pushed all the way over the bridge so I was often 5-10 seconds ahead of the groups on the down - this meant I could really rest until they caught me again.

OK, come on chaps, who's doing what today (stage 3)? My plan is the same as yesterday. Start off easy and build it up as the ride progresses. Not go into the red too soon and hopefully pick off riders as the race goes on.

Who's riding at what time ....
