i like zwift ^_^
it treats me so much better than bkool did - but i am under no illusion - if i bury myself up hills i can pull away from people - that is the only way i can keep up on most courses - on the flat i have to draft and on downhill i am mincemeat unless in a group - much the same irl - i have rode with a lot of you irl now and know my place
i foolishly mentioned to bob about the toc - to try and help him  this would mean letting him draft if we aint in a group - i know full well that this would mean curtains for me as i know on a flat course the london boys are stronger - and the welsh - anyone south of here in fact

i'm screwed ^_^
Two words.... Mellow Velo .... No need to compete, just a leisure ride between food stops.

Could sombody have a look at my Zwift power profile please,

A few minor ZwiftPower updates:-
Race results have been simplified with a WKG/Watts toggle at top.
A new trophy is shown on any effort a rider puts out that is their best in the 90 days prior to race.
The Segments HOF now has an icon to view all historic efforts for a rider.

Had my own personal coach for the KISS EUR yesterday.

Whorty chimed in about 15 minutes into the race as I was struggling to hang on to the lead C group. After some light shouting to get back onto the group, he got to watch as they pulled away and about all I could do was say arghh into the chat window. But at least I got into the lead pack for a while -- yesterday I didn't even manage to do that during the KISS race.

As I caught my breath and gathered my wits, Whorty chimed in with some encouragement and informed me about a group rapidly closing -- I was beat enough that I didn't even realize they were behind me. So I got to latch on for a bit and get pulled around.

I suspect boredom got the better of him and he disappeared. So he didn't see me struggling over the last 5 miles to stay ahead of another group... I could see the time gap shrinking across each mile. They caught me about a half-mile from the finish and blew past. I wasn't last in C, but pretty damn close.

Day off today. Then the KISS EUR on Thursday.

You're borderline C/D so likely to frequently breach the Cat D limit of 2.5 w/kg (95% column). ZP has you as a D because they have a slightly higher limit, so as not to upgrade someone just over. However, normal race Cats are still used so you will be better racing in C.

Anyone else keep an eye out for any of Simon Warren's "100 Climbs"?

My plan tomorrow is to have a go at #114 Talland Hill in Polperro. It gets 10/10 so might be a bit of a handful
@BILL S ran a league based on those climbs 2 or 3 years ago. It was the hardest thing I'd ever done and I didn't finish it . I really enjoy it though. @BILL S

I've done a couple of them IRL Jubilee trough of bowland, Hartside fell, Lythe Fell (Cross O' Greet) are pretty good and manageable ... Great Dun Fell is anything but (that's a 10/10 route too) I want to try it again on a warm sunny day. I can't believe they used to run a TT up it!!:eek::eek::eek::eek:

Thought I'll see how i got on with my poorly rib.
1 Racing out of the question
2 hilly routes out of the question
soon as my breathing rises it starts to become quite uncomfortable so I'll have to use the zwift hack for some flat routes
How about set the trainer difficulty easier?. Just a thought i had.
