I would join you both but just killed myself racing a guy on a TT bike and deep section wheels. 2nd best times ever on fastest part of routes and 1st place in some today according to Strava and on heavily used routes. Short distances but genuinely fecked now- could be london air . .

Did Monte join, I dont know his Zwift name?

9th, forgot about little bump before finish, the pack powered away, leaving me to sprint for minor places. Beat a Norwegian with a tron bike to the sprint-cant be that good ^_^

Don't know either. I was going to send you
a wind up message but then remembered whole group might see it so stopped meself- good ride?

Not bad, didn't feel as sharp, but fared reasonably well with a top 10. I knew the little bumps were going to be a struggle and pushed me to my limit on a few occasions, then got caught out on last bump. Big pack held together all the way, so pleased with a high-ish finish

My name is carlo de Gregorio (real name & zwift name) - I finished 15th in the C group, not brilliant but at least the numbers are accurate. I'm still recovering from my knees injury, but must admit the Neo was awesome and I rode with a small pack that where tactics did come into play

I was looking at one of the podium guys he averaged 143bpm and peaked at 180 bpm for the last climb, 37bpm range.

I on the other average 169 and peaked 179 only 10 range.

There is no hope of out sprinting a rider who has such reserves

I went to the spin cycling festival at Olympia yesterday. Lots of lovely Hand made steel frames and a little exotica too. It's quite small and self contained, not at all like a trade event. They had some Kickr's set up with Zwift so I persuaded a colleague to have a go and race me up Watopia KOM. It was great fun and I temporarily got the polka dot jersey^_^ My colleague has always and no doubt will continue to take the p out of me for using Zwift but he was wiped when he got off and he hadn't even gone up to the Tower:laugh: He is doing the DD.
Very impressed with Kickr. Felt little different to the NEO even though they work in different ways. Also my first experience of Di2 which I loved.

DD, oh dear^_^
I love my Ti bike, metal frames are the best really :okay: Di2 is wonderful so easy to use adjust, even whilst riding  Now with the ability to mix Road with MTB derailleurs, opens up a whole world of custom setups. I will have to try a Neo to compare, what did you feel was different Bob?

Andy, I think it was a little easier to spin up but apart from that it just felt nice and smooth. Power seemed a little more consistent but I am not sure how they set it up and whether smoothing was on. I was expecting something akin to the bkool pro because it uses a belt but no, hardly any difference. Well apart from that 30w advantage of course:tongue:

Hi Guys
I entered a Zwift EVR race last night using my bkool pro trainer as a class C rider as there was no D class available for this race.
I started quite slow but managed to catch up a group to try and ride with.
The problem was that I would catch them and slow down and then would I speed past them again and when I slowed down even more to latch on it was near on impossible and they would speed past me and when I did manage to latch on for a brief moment then drafting didnt seem to do much.

The other thing was I riding at 180w one moment and crossed a point and then a + sign would be displayed and my power would increase to an incredible level and at one point I reached 600w - 700w untill it slowed down a few minutes later to the 150-180w and seemed to be a slog again.
This would happen a few times dring the 8 lap 25 mile race at the same point ( is this an auto power up ).

Can anyone tell me what was happening as I won the C class and beat a few B's but surely this can't be a fair or true reflection on the race as I'm not that good!

I'm not an expert about bkool on Zwift. There is sometimes an odd performance with bkool. Unplug the trainer then power up again and log into Zwift and it should settle down-hopefully. Whorty and Bridgy found that their trainers worked quite well, whilst BillS was given superhuman cycling powers when he tried Zwift. If it doesn't then you will need a power meter or new trainer-Neo or Kickr to get the best of Zwift.
My kickr performs perfectly and I can stay in the pack with 30 or more riders of my level.

Neo or Kickr, which one is better?
