Turmeric as Aleman suggests, ideally taken in curry on a regular basis really does work. Loads of studies support effectiveness.

Think I need to move down to C. I joined the ride tonight smack on 0 seconds so missed the blast off, decided to do an ITT but even so only just beat the D riders. Was stuffed by all B and C riders. I'm sure, had I started on time and blasted away I could have stayed in the C group but my legs just aren't putting out enough power to weight to be in B at the moment. ZP was to demote me too so I think I'll do that and join @JLaw in C groupI'm racing at 5:10 this afternoon, flat WBR 18 mile race if anyone interested. Be my 3rd day riding so not expecting too much. Cat B pen although really I'm Cat C on the Kickr so I'll be looking to get in a C group.

We rode from Allemont to Villard Reculas yesterday - not done that route before and the scenery was stunning. The road then comes out by Dutch Corner on Alpe D'Huez. I recommend this route to you chaps for September.

We also found the new cyclepath between Bourg D'Oisans and Allemond. Lovely new tarmac alongside the Romanche River. You can spot it on the map of the ride.

Weather still looks glorious, is it hot?
That's cool compared to what we had in the Pyrenees
