I'm getting into a nice routine of
Monday am - 30min spin or easy workout
Wednesday am - Leg Openers workout
Wednesday pm - ~30min Zwift race
Friday am - workout, usually ~30min pretty tough
Saturday - run or parkrun or long workout or Zwift race
Sunday - run or TdZ or both
with a few minutes of planking and resistance band stretches every evening to improve my feeble core strength.
My illness is subsiding, my son has gone down too, as we were out together last weekend. Head cold and general aches subsided, still got a tight chest, coughing lots of gunk up. I will begin tomorrow, very light cycling to help clear lungs a bit.
@alex_cycles is it too late to look to join a team for the upcoming DIRT racing series do you know?
You should be OK if you get on with it. I think the teams are meant to be locked at the end of today.

Restarted zwift membership, got destroyed in a race, good to be back.
TPV is worth a look, lots of good things but suffers from lack of real people on it.
