Did something similar myself a few years ago when playing football on astro turf. Game got a little 'tasty' and tackles were flying in left, right and centre. One of my tackles took out one of their guys and he landed on me - together, as I hit the deck, my shoulder dislocated. Got it pulled back in (very painful by the way!!) and carried on for another 15 mins. Couldn't drive afterwards so got a pal to drive my car home. Had to get down the pub and sink quite a few beers to take the pain away.

I'm sure there is a lesson there somewhere ....

Got my Quarq power meter today so i set it up on the trainer bike to see how the readings went, and im quite pleased at the most it's 7 watts higher than the neo, i used TrainerRoad with the Neo and the Quarq via zwift it did go over 600 watts in the first minute but quickly settled down, i would say it's within 5 watts of the Neo for 90% of the time so pretty dam close enough for me.

Impressions are very good it uses the coin cell battery and is covered using a thump turn screw dial so makes a good water seal, easy to set up my garmin found it quickly and you update the firmware via your phone or tablet through Bluetooth and from there you can adjust settings as you wish it even tells you the remaining battery power ^_^ it also has Ant+ as well as Bluetooth.

I'm able to ajust the slope setting so i will see if i can get it more accurate.

I'll have to get the Quarq jersey for zwift now ^_^

Dean well done mate . I ordered one myself over the weekend so I’m interested in anything you discover! What do you mean by slope setting bud?

Also if there’s a difference between the quarq and neo readings i’d wager it’s the neo that’s slightly less accurate. Not that it’ll be a tangible difference over a meaningful distance / time.

I've read about the slope setting it comes with some older power meters and is used when changing chainrings but it also ajusts the zero off set so they say it's not really needed for the Quarq sram red so will reset to factory settings.

If it was more than 10 watts i would be a little concerned but 7 watts doesn't bother me.

Drive train losses? Sounds negligible anyway. Did you order from Germany?
