Looks like around 800 for me.
Never had a problem with race timing. I can get off the trainer at 11pm and still sleep just fine. If you keep telling yourself you're bad at something, you're going to be bad at it. Head plays a big role and getting out of your comfort zone hardens the spirit too. Whatever time people want to race - I'm happy to jump in. Always.
By the way, anyone doing the DIRT stage today?
I wish I could do that Pete, but with age recovery is taking longer. A race in the morning allows me to come down in HR, stress and begin recovery in the afternoon.
A elevated HR going into sleep ruins my night.
