As others have pointed out, this kind of setup will be completely out of whack. That doesn't mean you shouldn't enjoy riding on Zwift or other virtual platforms. I would however suggest making these activities private on stuff like Strava as it will raise a lot of eyebrows - until you get an accurate rig.

good idea, as i said hopefully another week and i shall be outside anyway

Nice to ride quiet bike again. BB delivery was fast, I order it Wednesday evening and today I have it. I also did my first ride in Scotland map, it was Loch Loop. I kind a like it especially those short climbs. There enough flat and short downhills to recover and then push harder with a climbs again. Pretty good 45min workout for me.

I know you're awaiting the others, so not disappoint to be released soon

Very consistent. And this early in the morning! I, meanwhile, slept-in for my race at 10:30 so will be doing one at 2 o'clock

i just need an updated list of what to buy with drops, a google search throws up articles which tend to contradict each other so i have no idea of whats current.

Depends on your level . Flatter courses Aero is king . I run canyon Aeroad with zipp 808s on pan flat courses and same bike with DT Swiss 62 on bumpy courses . Full hill climb is Cannondale Evo with zip 202 ( not got the lightweight wheels) Have you got the Tron bike that's the ultimate all rounder
