I think they're all based on W/kg, so it depends what you weigh. Other alternative would be a custom workout with the wattage fixed at 180.

Thanks for the responses guys. I don’t want to muck about too much with the settings on zwift or the gear ratio on my track bike. And I’d prefer to ride in a group rather than custom workout, just for the distraction really.

It turns out 150w is around 105rpm so that’s making it more realistic I spin with one of the D bots.

I hate cycling. Especially when you are in a good mood for the ride and then suddenly out of nowhere bike start to keep creaking noise. Doesn't have to be loud noise, it's enough that it keep the noise what should not exist. I hate I hate :cursing:

Someone on our 60 mile group ride today had a very loud creaking bottom bracket. Most of us agreed (behind his back of course - as you do) that we "would never ride with that" :laugh:. It was pretty horrible though.

Small amount of drizzle doesn't stop us Southerners from going for a ride
