Just read that this will be the final season of ZRL until September, so we’d better make this one count guys!

This summer might be the first summer since I started Zwifting that I cancel for a while. I use a different app for training so can continue with workouts and could save a few quid by cancelling Zwift...

That’s actually a bit of a relief to be honest. I really enjoy the racing but the thought of racing it through the summer was starting to feel like a burden.

@Brendan Parker id persevere with the Conti’s mate. Assuming they’re relatively new? Prob just bad luck bud.

Yeah, I'll probably be cancelling over summer too. In fact if I stop after the next payment it would mean I'd miss the last two rounds of this coming season, so I'm in two minds as to whether to do it then or wait another month. However right now while the weather is good, I'm basically only doing one race a week on Zwift cause I'm preferring to ride outdoors, so I'm not really getting value for my subs at the moment.

GCN+ - how are you guys watching live racing?
I assumed they would have an ATV app but looks like I have to cast to the ATV from iPhone or iPad? Or invest in a cheap Fire tv.

Yeah I either watch on my iPad or cast via ATV.
Both ways work perfectly, it's also a refreshing change not to have to endure numerous adverts.

Currently also watching the documentary about the Hill Climbing season, very good :okay:

Yep I watched that - good viewing :okay:

Really pleased to see the UCI taking decisive action for rider safety today and banning bunch sprints.

Basically any finish likely to have more than 40 riders in the front group will no longer be permitted. An alternative format has been proposed whereby the end of a stage can become a TTT.

Seems to me that an easier solution might have been to simply ban sprinters?!

Did you read the article about the Irish hill climber who smashed the record for 'Everesting', knocking 20mins off previous record.

He modified his bike, shaving weight with a bit of Obree-esk modifications ^_^

Has anyone looked on Zwift yet today? Take a look if you haven't - they've embraced April Fool's Day
