Race recon for the Harrogate circuit. A rough course that you can lose the front group on almost instantly! Sprint and Kom fairly late in th lap so not really much for the bigger gents to do but try and smash climbs as hard as possible, supertuck, sit in and repeat. Warm up pretty important on this course.
