3 minutes was too much last time, but 2 of the B team from last time are in A this time round.

Anyhow, let's move it to 2 minutes. Final teams and times below, assuming @CXRAndy and @berty bassett can't make it.

Having said that, and noting the objections from @steverob and @Joffey, both @JLaw and @Spartak are strong additions for D.

@Ketty was originally in C but as we had 21 riders at the time I decided to give the 1 man advantage to D.

I think it would be fairer to run B, C and D as 5 man teams. A is 5 or 6 but the handicap is either 7m or 7m 30s dependent on that.

So, my preference would be to move @Ketty back into C. A 6 man D and a 4 man C doesn't really make sense does it?

Personally Del I think you are doing a great job organising this and do what you think is right

But when we get tonked later there will be very loud calls for a change to our handicap next week

I had yesterday my pre-ordered GCN kit. Need to test tomorrow how fast i am when i'm dress in red. Try to make my avg power start wit 2. If i don't succeed it i need to return kit back to GCN and complain that these are holding my speed.

Just general advice for tonight because of the handicapped starts.

Team D goes when the countdown reaches zero.

Teams C, B and A - remember to stop pedalling before the countdown reaches zero or you'll false start. One of your team should be in charge of the countdown to your start time, but get at least 2 of you to set timers in case one of you screws up.

If you want to keep pedalling go to the pairing screen (press A on a laptop or menu plus pairing on ATV). You can then pedal without your avatar moving, but don't forget to stop pedalling, exit pairing and return to the roadside at least 30 seconds before your start time so that you're ready to leave with your team.
