I think we actually did quite well in keeping the team together last time, whether by design or by accident! We started with 5 riders and had it not been for @Joffey's technical problems, we would still have had all five together at the top of the first climb. I then managed to stay with the group until the second climb (considering I'm probably the weakest rider of the group) and it was only because I didn't want them slowing up, that I told them to fly once I'd been distanced on the early part of that climb. The D(ream) Team

Are we going to have another go on Discord tonight? For those who didn't race last time I think we are the Blue Channel?
I was thinking about the start too - I missed it last time and with us having a few more riders shall we ease out of the blocks, get in a tidy group and then accelerate on? Open to any suggestions!
We also have no @Marino.g this time - Marino was one of our final 3 riders 2 weeks ago which will mean we'll have to be careful on that last climb and not split the group. Maybe try and get at least 4 over that together and then recover then push on really hard? @Ketty might need to control that final climb and have his camera in 'reverse' view to make sure he's not dropping anyone and to keep the team together.
Maybe get 6 over the first climb, aim to get 4 over the second and see where we go?
Anyway, don't want to make it too complicated but hopefully we can win it this time!!!
I think it is important to get the start right in order to get us into a drafting group as soon as possible. I think too many of us are used to the crazy starts needed in the DBR leagues and so are typically riding off at 400+ watts for the first 30 seconds, whereas with this ride we need a reasonably fast but not ridiculous start and slowly build up from there.
