At this rate, I might be the only bugger left in D! Everyone else has been promoted or are well on their way to it.

I think I've reached the point where I'm not going to make any massive gains in power or technique any more; if I want to improve, I'm just going to have to lose more weight (he says, while munching on a biscuit).

thought I would check here before advertising elsewhere. I am selling my NEO. 1st gen. will come with 11-32 cassette, the thru axle adapter and a training mat. If anyone is interested pm me. It will have to be collected as a part of a socially distanced sale. Cheers guys.

Enjoyment is the key but I must confess that I was an only D member in the hare and hounds here for quite some time and to be honest it was soul destroying.
It’s great to see Tim & Joffey to come in and show so much Enthusiasm with the racing and getting faster with your help and encouragement I might add.
Think of yourself as the Mr Miyagi of the D group.
Anyway it’s never too late to improve but as a matter of interest how old are you, I’m 55 and any improvement for me has been very slow compared to the young guns.

I have a NEO bike now. I kept the NEO just to check the bike didn’t break on me quickly and it hasn’t ( touches wood) so time to sell. I have seen what they are going for on eBay but I am happy with £700 for the whole lot. Like I say if any interest pm👍

Does it come with a rocker board? All turbos have a rocker
