I'm not online tonight, however I might be back on time for Thursday night's kiss race, (fingers crossed).

Anyone else racing at 8pm tonight? Feel fecked-not a lot of good quality sleep due to work but have committed to it so will race. My plan is to get in a group and wheel suck. Won't be the front group and doesn't have to be a fast one. I just want to finish.
I did the ZA workout #6 late last night, so I'm probably out for Today. I may stop by to watch for a bit though.

W6 did my legs in because I went too hard in the final quarter, fair bit over what was needed. It seems to have surprised a lot of people given it looked easier than W5

I liked W6. It was hard, but certainly do-able for me and it didn't have the insane changes in target wattage like W5. I hit all the targets for the work intervals, but fell short on the rest intervals in the next-to-last set. Given the time crunch I skipped the final rest interval and did a very abbreviated cool down.

I'm sore, but not insanely so, hence I'll be looking to for a group ride today just to spin things out a bit. Ideally I'd hit my last ZA group ride today/tomorrow, chase Juanjo Thursday, W7 over the weekend and W8 next week.

I could easily see copying the workouts & tweaking them slightly for future use.

I might join the sub 2. I was looking at the group workout rides (zwift and occ), but as I have no structure for anything Zwift related I'm a little torn on what to do.

If you're lost try trainer road again. Group rides will likely be zsun, I did a few last year, can be good if the group doesn't get too excited and lifts the pace.

I'd guess it could be the new course coming live?

I did see some of the road construction last night. Climb the reverse epic kom in watopia. On the climb keep an eye out for construction and a dirt road on the right. You can obviously see it coming down as well, but it's much easier to miss. Not sure where else it might connect within Watopia.

Zwiftblog in the past has usually scooped this stuff, but it doesn't seem to be updating as much over the last couple months.

Ok my little experiment of watching riders. You can watch in closed events, but it is a little awkward.

You need to be following a rider first, so request to follow before any event. Then you choose to 'ride' not 'watch' with one of the riders you follow. Once in the event, quickly click on their name on the left, from there you can watch their ride. You can jump to others if you see them.
There is no search for a rider or filter to find a rider other than those you follow

It needs work!

Also I wasn't able to post a comment, only offer 'ride on' thumbs up

Ok, figured out how to watch:
choose follow rider - then hurry to click on the rider before pedal assist is gone.
Bob, how did you get that beard ?
