Pack sub 2 at 7pm might go and do that, i can count it towards trainerroad as 1 session is an hour long and no more than 190 watts.
I did the ZA workout #6 late last night, so I'm probably out for Today. I may stop by to watch for a bit though.Anyone else racing at 8pm tonight? Feel fecked-not a lot of good quality sleep due to work but have committed to it so will race. My plan is to get in a group and wheel suck. Won't be the front group and doesn't have to be a fast one. I just want to finish.

I liked W6. It was hard, but certainly do-able for me and it didn't have the insane changes in target wattage like W5. I hit all the targets for the work intervals, but fell short on the rest intervals in the next-to-last set. Given the time crunch I skipped the final rest interval and did a very abbreviated cool down.W6 did my legs in because I went too hard in the final quarter, fair bit over what was needed. It seems to have surprised a lot of people given it looked easier than W5
I might join the sub 2. I was looking at the group workout rides (zwift and occ), but as I have no structure for anything Zwift related I'm a little torn on what to do.
I'd guess it could be the new course coming live?I have a Zwift update and it is slowww
Ok, figured out how to watch:
choose follow rider - then hurry to click on the rider before pedal assist is gone.
Bob, how did you get that beard ?
