Been there done that. For me overtraining seems to happen easily when i do indoor training in a winter. When overtraining happens it's easily comes again, very hard to recognize until it's there and very difficult to get rid off. All you can do is take it easy, like going to walk for change or just do something different.I think I'm starting to suffer from overtraining (ironic for one as unfit as I)
Took an unscheduled rest day yesterday, did the TdZ cat D race today and felt terrible, think I'm going to have another couple of rest days to see if that helps.
This weekend I'm planning on doing long slow distance IRL to see if my time in the pain cave has paid any dividends.
