I was doing over and under as well when you seen me, i find them strangely enjoyable but by the last over i was looking at the seconds tick by wanting them to finish quicker.
That's alot to do in 8 days and exhausting, looks like Andy was doing over and unders as well.I can honestly say that while it was tough (and blimey, do my quads- not thighs as I said elsewhere- hurt) I did enjoy it and on the last 2 lots of 310 pushed over for much of the intervals. Perhaps I didn’t go hard enough in the 20m block of 240w? 2 more workout starts then another ftp and 2 racesleft to complete and aiming to do all within 8 days

Just need W6+8 to finish the ZA. Yep likewise. Didn't realise I had asthma .... all good now the meds are workingThat sounds like me at the beginning of the year. Thought I was over my illness, from Christmas, get on the bike 15-20 minutes in coughing fit that would not end until I stopped. It took 6 weeks for my lungs to clear fully. I was reduced to walking rather than riding.
Good luck with your recovery and don't push it too early.

Well done mate it sounds pretty tough to say the least. Are you going to try to incorporate more interval work consistently, say on a weekly basis, or do it in blocks?
After this I will work on stamina with 200-220w 2 hour rides mainly on Watopia with interval sprints on the hill. Then another block mid November to raise ftp.
You should get your best bike and power meter on and do an ftp Tommy. Your improvement and weight loss need a proper measurement mate.
