Not really able to tell before I get a proper rest, which I should have Monday. Plan is to get a monster CTL as a foundation for further specific workout. Currently at 75 and will probably reach 100.

100!!! Blimey, how many hours will you be putting in per week?

Sorry Al, I wouldn't have been back in time anyway (didn't get an invite though?) - well done on the time which is really good considering you didn't have anyone to chase/draft. I need to set a good time for stage 3 tonight to set up an exciting final stage!

I won't get a chance Al but will you let us know where you get spawned at the start, before or after the banner? Just out of interest

I was spawned in the starting pens last night (stage 1 - Greater London 8)
When setting up the meet up I adjusted the distance - default was 15.5 miles and I bumped it up to 16.5. I don’t know if that makes a difference or not. Maybe worth trying it on the stage 3 circuit to see if it adds the extra distance on at the end or does it change the start position to get the extra distance. I’ll play about with this but it will be tomorrow before I get s chance as I’ve a long day ahead with work all the way thru to late evening so I’ll miss tonight’s rerun (thankfully)

I'll do the 6pm meet - I think it's unlikely I'll fancy re-doing it at 7pm as well! As it's a TT though doing it alone shouldn't make too much difference. Good luck!

7 pm maybe easier for me. Though I may need someone nearer my pace to chase and have a better chance of setting a good time

I could give you a little head start. That could be a good motivator for both of us🦈

You’ll still be faster than me! Not too sure I could take the shame so will try and do 6 😁

20-40 seconds slower at worst.

You might actually be faster second time round. It might sound backward but Both years we did that bkool cup thing I was stronger in the second race than the first. And I remember another time riding up alpe d’huez and then winning a bkool race straight afterwards. If you just try and ride around your ftp the first attempt, then re fuel and spin a bit in between. You can completely un load on the second attempt.
