I'm planning on the ToW at 6. Legs are still tired from last night but i recon I can give it a good go. Looks like @Del C and @bert1971 are also signed up tonight. Unfortunately so are 2500 others so i don't expect I'll see them on the road
I may be home from work early today so might join you in ToW at 18.00 - will still try and do it on Thursday as well though

I did the Ramp FTP Test yesterday and got 266W which I was amazed at. I did it 3 weeks ago and was disappointed with 248W. I can only assume that concentrating on getting my glutes firing is making the difference!

Feeling good, I went round and did a PB up Box Hill as well. Maybe it was just one of those days. Have to see if I replicate this in a longer race.

I think when I did mine I should have eased off on the cadence a little after 260w. Up until then I could maintain 95rpm, it was hard but not impossible. 95@ 280w went off a cliff. The legs seemed to have it in them, but the lungs wouldn't work fast enough to supply the oxygen. Next time, yes there will be a next time, I'll try dropping to 90 or even 85 to see how I do.

Nice bump on the FTP
