Nice one Dudi.

Nothing for me today, a cold came out while I was walking on Kinder yesterday, so today I'm all snotty and cancelled a training ride with a mate. It's not even proper manflu either, just irritating.

21 miles with my eldest on a tag-along behind me. A mix of trail, road and cycle route. Saw a ewe lambing, passed europe's biggest on-shore wind farm, stopped for a nice brew then went past a model flying field and watched some helicopters doing outrageous manouvres that entertained the wee man. A really nice afternoon.

Congratulations. Where did you go, any photos?

Cheers all,

Met up with FFFF in the suffolk countryside and we went for a ride up the coast.

Congratulations.:bravo: That is my next target milestone. How did it feel?

Good! not too tired either (thankfully, as the wife has just made me hoover the whole house, do a load of washing and clean the bathroom!!!

Going to watch a movie now now and drink tea/eat chocolate... then I'll have to cook dinner later.

Did a 28 mile loop around the Gower today with Fairweather. Got to keep the legs moving after yesterdays ride. Got chatting to a 63 year old TT rider, when we eventually caught up with him. Whilst doing that we were passed by a trio of riders going very quick indeed. 20 mins later they came passed again! The ba****ds!!!!!!!

I was soooooooooo tired today after a long ride yesterday that I felt totally drained and shamefully snuck back on a short-cut along the canal to save a few miles! I did 134 miles in 2 days in total and it's too much for so early in the year.

Congrats Dudi! I'm still wanting to do this myself but not sure quite when I will manage it. And I can't trick you and FFFF to bear me company as I'm so much slower than you

65 miles yesterday. Fenton to Flash and back via (in no particular order) Cheadle and Cheddleton, Waterhouses and Warslow, Glutton Bridge and Greensides, Longnor and Leek.

Beautiful weather with light winds and warm sunshine for most of the day and plenty of time to drink in the wonderful views around.

I borrowed a bike from my brother in law and we took my niece for her first bike ride  She's just shy of twelve month old.

We did about fifteen miles in three stints, she took it very seriously but really enjoyed watching the hedgerows whizzing past and my legs going round and round when cycling alongside her.

My favourite ride of the year so far ;)

Good ride mate, just over 102 miles for me  and well chuffed to knock 60 mins of my record for the 100 and first century ride up on the fixed ;). Would have been faster if I could have kept up with you going up those hills.
