Well I had a first on my ride this morning - I was flashed at by a young lady.
I was heading up Ayr Road in Newton Mearns - a rather upmarket suburb of Glasgow - about 8.30 this morning. In the distance I could see a group of teenagers walking on the pavement towards me. As i got nearer i could tell by their laughter and antics that they were probably on the way home from an all night party. Anyway I'm about 50m short of them and one of the girls (probably about 18 or 19 years old) jumps on to the road and starts running towards me waving her arms then about 20m away from me she stops, rips open her jacket and blouse to reveal a rather nice looking pair of breasts. I nearly fell off my bike. All I could think to shout as i swerved round her was "Nice t1ts!" which was met with great hilarity by her group of friends.
The rest of my ride was fairly uneventful

Originally planned to run out through Foxhills/Chobham but in the end came back via St Annes Hill and Lyne.
He has a natural spinning style of riding and I suspect he'd do well on a drop-bar bike. I even thad to make an adjustment to my bike to keep up, but more about that in a bit.
) so progress wasn't as quick on this leg.
. Dropping the saddle to where it had been and changing the reach felt better for a short while but then my knee started to hurt where I pulled it last autumn, so that was no good. I think a bit more tinkering will be required over the next few rides.
