I must admit, that I haven't liked what I've seen in the mirror since then. I put on nearly 4 stone of flab, got unfit, and then very ill.

Still, things are starting to look up. I've lost over 2.5 of those 4 stone and am beginning to look like a grey-haired version of the younger me! I'll update the avatar in the next year or so after I get well again.

Ha ha ha! You really don't go to B&Q? Fencing panels are all one with the gardening section.
Fencing posts, on the other hand, can be found in the builder's yard if there is one, otherwise in the gardening section too.
