They're a 451, or 20 x 1 3/8 or 1/8. Not the greatest range and it was never a popular size for anything other than BMX, but availability is no problem...unless you're shopping in Halfords...

The usual suspects such as Schwalbe, Conti, Michelin, Maxxis, etc, all do rubber in the size, not difficult to obtain.

I'm surprised they opted for that wheel size

It's a model from a Malaysian manufacturer with a Carrera paint job, so "they" probably didn't get much choice in it.

But its not a problem in any way.

It seems a pity that Halfords have stopped selling it (citing tyre size as the reason) though ☹️. I am definitely in the market for a folder and this seemed like a good option.
I shall just have to start searching for second-hand 6-speed brommies instead. Lots of sellers seem to expect silly money though, which leaves you wondering what is wrong with the ones that are advertised at a reasonable price!

Here in Germany most of the "reasonable priced" ads are scam.

I think they were feeding you a line of manure there, seeing a Halfords are still cheerily selling four models with 451 wheels, two with Carrera branding.

More likely they've simply sold out of the batch they ordered from Polygon (the Disc 9 is a repainted Polygon Urbano) and either they can't get more or the price has gone up and it become an uneconomical proposition. Id go with the latter - the Urbano occasionally crops up at smaller retailers for closer to £600.

It's definitely a pity as you say. I'm very glad I got mine when I did.
