You've got the location correct, but not the plant.Need a better photo, but I’ll have a stab at yellow bartsia at Braunton Burrows.

I'll give you a clue: It stands about 6" high and it's extremely rare - not found in any other location in Britain, apart from about half a dozen patches on Braunton Burrows.
