Those carriages look suspiciously like old DB regional stock.
Trains that were new when I arrived here are now being replaced. I'm getting old.
From what I can see they're not handoffs, they're definitely an order of the same type, though.
I also saw the HC variant of the ubiquitous Desiro in passing.
