That's a question I expected from @Blue Hills . From what I have learnt it's only recently been given the name .
It seems that in very recent years there has been a holocaust memorial service held around the tree .
I will be on Google later doing some research

Correct Derek Nimmo is buried there . But every time I arrive in the grounds I have forgotten who I am looking for so I end up wandering around the 60 if that tombstones looking for a name I recognise but I always get the wrong one

At a nature reserve local to me, the tree isn’t THAT special but the story/plaque makes up for it
