Renewal cost is not the only rant
Insurer paying up on a claim is our main issue.
Eventually got my iPad back last night after 6 weeks!

Simple claim, provided all the information and the iPad but kept being asked over again for info already provided.
First insurance claim for around 30 years!
£100 excess too so probably a waste of money as the iPhone been used instead.
Goodbye Direct Line, will be taking our home, landlord and car insurance elsewhere
