Worn Cleats?

Happy new year all.

I got back on the bike this weekend and decided to sort out my cleat pedal problem. When I put the power my right shoe comes out of the pedal. I use SPD's with MD cleats. I've tightened the pedal as much as possible, should I buy some new cleats?

Ok thanks, I have the cleats that came with the pedal but these are not MD, I might try these.

I assume the pedal is well serviced and the cleat mechanism moves freely enough to clamp the cleat?
