Hello Adrian.
In & around the Greater Manchester areas, especially areas with old Lancashire dialects, when pensioners have a wobble, getting up to get off the bus, they will often say this, drunk but not had a drink.
In Wigan it would sound like "Eeeeh, drunk un had nun".

Up here some folks tend to call certain things tickets, even when they aren't?!?
Eg "I gave my ticket to that wifie" = "I gave that lady my appointment card"
Also offshore survival certificates are often referred to as " offshore tickets"
What's all that about?
Can also be used in name calling, eg "you plonker" = "ya ticket"
Have lived here for many moons and still learning the local lingo.
