Utterly shocking and 100% deliberate. Certainly deserves the 3 year sentence.
Seems she was on the phone (but denies it) and the cyclist challenged her over it.
There was an altercation and the cyclist kicked the door mirror of the car.
She then claims that her boyfreind, who was in the passenger seat, told her to chase the cyclist so they could get his details so he could pay for the damage to the mirror. She further claims that her boyfriend grabbed the wheel and steered the car into the cyclist. This seems like an excuse. However, it might be true as he (the boyfriend) has previous issues with common assualt on a previous girlfriend (sounds like a right nasty piece of work).
