That's the problem: that's having empathy. You don't have to subscribe to the ideology underlying "Wokism" to manage that.
In fact, some of the work I do goes directly against that ideology that I've seen described as "woke". Fortunately, there are very few activists where I work.

That's a fair point.
I don't really agree with the term "woke" for several reasons, but those often described as woke can actually be some of the worst for nasty vitriol if you should happen to commit the heinous sin of possessing a different opinion.
That being the case I would surmise that it doesn't really exist beyond being some kind of derogatory abstract concept.
