How can two mounds of fat (which breasts are) cause a disturbance? Lots of chaps have very adequate breasts yet they don't get pulled into court. And how would breasts cause an offence?
I was born this way (i have proof) there's times when i just want to get my top off and be jolly comfy, but some how my bits may cause the coming of the apocalypse (i never thought my bits were that bad) and it's not like i'd be completely naked.
Breasts are not simply 'mounds of fat'. They are organs or glands.
he basic components of a mature mammary gland are thealveoli(hollow cavities, a few millimetres large) lined with milk-secretingcuboidal cellsand surrounded bymyoepithelial cells. These alveoli join up to form groups known aslobules, and each lobule has alactiferous ductthat drains into openings in thenipple. The myoepithelial cells can contract under the stimulation ofoxytocinthereby excreting milk secreted from alveolar units into the lobule lumen toward the nipple, where it collects in sinuses of the ducts. As the infant begins to suck, the hormonally (oxytocin) mediated "let down reflex" ensues and the mother's milk is secreted – not sucked from the gland – into the baby's mouth.
All the milk-secreting tissue leading to a single lactiferous duct is called a "simple mammary gland"; a "complex mammary gland" is all the simple mammary glands serving one nipple. Humans normally have two complex mammary glands, one in eachbreast, and each complex mammary gland consists of 10–20 simple glands.
I'd add that an in-law is, possibly as I type, having surgery for breast cancer today (drove her to the hospital this morning) so it is a matter that has received our attention recently.
