You know how it works here and you know that if they were left then more would appear and the boundaries will be pushed with the end result of the thread being closed anyway.

I agree that maybe other pictures would follow, but I can't be taken into account for how others may behave.

The picture I posted was a light-hearted comment in reponse to the original question. The picture, IMO, was neither offensive nor pornographic. In the states, there is an extreme discomfort with nudity (more so than the UK), and I feel that the 'censorship' was an over-reaction.

Judging by my brief trawl though Google, there's an awful lot more discussion and protest about the (il)legality of toplessness in the US than there is in the UK. They don't live up to their prudish stereotype at all well.

I dont think it is illegal, if fact i dont think being nude is illegal, its the crime of "to cause offence" or something similar.

There a quite a few "nude beaches" in the southwest but you dont see plod down there nicking them all.
